A New Season | A New Adventure

. I have always had the desire to go to bible school, yet I never got any specific direction from the Lord on when and where to go. This past December, however, God spoke to me very clearly! I am now registered at Charis Bible College. This will be a big change because the Bible college I am going to is in Woodland Park, Colorado. What is cool is that God spoke to Melody at a completely separate time to go to the exact same college at the same time I am. So, at the beginning of August, we will be making the move from Florida to Colorado. Though I am stepping into the unknown, I am very grateful for this opportunity. I am ready to dive into the word of God and get even more empowered to do the work that He has called me to do.

This College is a three-year program. The first year is all about learning the nature of God and who we are in Christ! It is a year of just diving into the Word of God and finding out His plan and purpose. The second year is dedicated to empowering you for ministry. In this year, I am going to learn how to share the gospel more effectively with those around me. The third year is more of a practical year. I will choose one of the “tracks” and get to do practical application in that respective track. I am very excited to see what God does through this new season of life. Through this training, I know I will be further equipped to do the work the Lord is calling me to do more effectively. I cannot wait to see what God has in store and what form of ministry He is going to be leading me to in the next few years!

Though it is very exciting to see what God is going to do through the school itself, it is also exciting to see how God is going to provide along the way. I am asking God and believing Him for $10,000 for this first year of school. That will cover the tuition and housing for the first year. I want to thank you so much for always standing with me, praying, and believing. I know God is always faithful and will always provide for everything I need.

If you feel the Lord is leading you to partner with me, it would be a big blessing. I will provide the different ways to partner with me financially below. In prayerful partnership, please pray that the transition from Florida to Colorado is smooth. We are also in the process of looking for housing because the campus does not have dorms. So, if you could, please pray that we find a great place that is reasonably priced. And finally, that the Lord prepares me in any way he needs to in order to take on this new season of life.
